E. L. Lit Mags is an informational archive of Lansing and East Lansing small literary magazines, past and present (including RCR). The blog was compiled and is updated by Gavin Craig, a graduate student in English Literature at Michigan State University. In 1999 he co-founded The Offbeat, another local magazine, and served as its Editor until 2001.
