environmental advisor to
Michigan Governor James J.
Blanchard (1983-89); program
director and acting Michigan
director of Clean Water
Action; appointed by
President Clinton to serve on
the Great Lakes Fishery
Commission (1994-2001); and
appointed by Governor
Jennifer Granholm to the
Michigan Natural Resources
Trust Fund Board in 2003.
