American Indian Studies Series
    American Indian Studies at MSU Press and Michigan State University seek to form an understanding of American Indian cultures and identities, the place of American Indian/Indigenous people in today's world, and the changing demands of American Indian/Indigenous peoples in the pursuit of cross-cultural diversity.

    Gordon Henry, Jr. is Editor of this series. An Anishinabe poet and novelist, Henry is an enrolled member of the White Earth Chippewa Tribe of Minnesota. He is Professor in the Department of English at Michigan State University.
